Kate Garraway skewers David Cameron oveer Rishi Sunak leaving D-Day commemorations early
KG, "The Times report you were apoplectic about Rishi Sunak's early departure from D-Day"
DC, "What you report is not true"
KG, "It was the Times that reported it"
DC, "That is not what I thought or said"
KG, "I was lucky enough to be on the outside looking in bringing coverage for GMB, and I didn't want to leave.. People don't understand why he wanted to leave, and why he considered anything else"
DC, "I think these events are magnificient.. We should make this about the veterans"
KG, "We're only not making it about veterans because Rishi Sunak didn't stay to be with them"
DC, "He immediately said he wish he had stayed.. He did go to the British event"
KG, "So why didn't you leave then as well? Why did you stay for the international event alongside, Biden, Macron, Scholz?"
DC, "My job is to meet as many foriegn ministers and leaders as I can"
KG, "Isn't that the Prime Ministers job, to be there with other world leaders?"
DC, "But he also has to run the country"
*You mean Biden, Macron and Scholz weren't running their countries?*
KG, "I understand that if it was a matter of national security or an personal event, people would have understood. He explained it was a mistake he came back to do some interviews.. There is a trust problem and a sense of emotional connection problem as well"
DC, "I think it's time to move onto the substance"
Ed Balls, "We can hear your sincere frustration talking about this"
I was born in London.
I grew up amongst and got on with all colours of people and the common factor was, we were all British.
Then other countries swamped London and we were told multiculturalism was a good thing.
Spoiler alert, it isn’t.
Instead of everyone becoming British, we saw our society overwhelmed. Brits never seemed to rise any further on the housing waiting list as more and more people arrived and jumped the queue.
Then the new people took over issuing the housing and so the Brits had no choice but to leave.
I stayed there for 50 years in the same borough. My whole family has gone except one cousin.
I wanted everyone who arrived to become British like we were, instead I guess we are expected to be like them.
However their culture is alien to me and does not offer the same freedoms, especially to women and gays.
So I eventually quit London myself 10 years ago.
In that time, the area I now live in has started to change like London did.
New homes go to newcomers and locals struggle.
Rinse and repeat.
I don’t blame people for wanting to come to Britain, but they mostly turn it into what they supposedly wanted to escape from.
Brits have nowhere to go. We are just fading away.
I expect to be called racist for this post.
That’s what they do, but if stating facts makes me racist, under some sort of new bizarre definition, then I guess the cap fits.
Why is it wrong to want to live in the county and society you were born into? It was a good one.
The Government needs to hold Fujitsu to account for the Post Office scandal - over 240,000 of us demand they get no new contracts and are forced to compensate victims. Will you sign the petition? https://t.co/l4INtPccLH
@BBCBreaking He also said these things happen in war !
Jews have always had my sympathy for the holocaust, but sadly I now have less sympathy seeing what the IDF are doing, trying to exterminate the Palestinian race ☹️
Afghanistan to start stoning women to death for ‘adultery.’
The Supreme Leader of the Afghan Taliban Hibatullah Akhundzada says Afghanistan will begin stoning women to death for adultery in accordance with Sharia law.
If any woman is suspected of having relations with a man before marriage they will be taken to holes in the desert and crowds will throw stones at them until they die.
