What I am looking for is - Replacement of Substandard quality product (Eureka forbes Softener) which is a EFBs product which got burst withipn 3-3.5 months and now EurekaForbes team doesn't want to replace it citing the reason of - "Softener is not an internal part".

It's not a matter of investigation! 'Evident' Grave situation requires URGENT Fix in the whole supply chain for all the deliveries.

Why does it require someone to make a complaint? Can't BigBasket team see the mess their deliveries are causing?

There are 2-areas which will make Traffic deptt richer by nabbing Wrong sider violators just by putting 2-3 AI powered cameras!

1) Marathahalli bridge (from KLM mall towards Kundanahalli Jn.) - You will find 2-3 vehicles (at least) coming from opposite side on FLYOVER!

@HavellsIndia @HavellsCare360 My AMC is valid till Jul'2025. However, today technican (for issue 24052541230156), deined replacing the filter claiming that it was done in May'24! Which technically falls under old MNC.
Plz resolve it and share the list of all replacements done.

@LemonTreeHotels : I checked out on 03.Apr from Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar hotel, and since then struggling to get the Invoice! Reception wasn't able to generate invoice as system was down. Now mail/ call doesn't work and I still don't have invoice after 1 week!

@LivpureSmart Your authorized technician fixed water purifier issue at my sister's place.
He charged 5000 Rs and left with this annoying noise (lasts for 10-15mins)!
He also called this noise, which didn't exist before, as a 'feature' !

This has become fatally dangerous in B'lore now and traffic police & authorities are sleeping.
These people drive on the wrong side of the road putting everybody's life in danger and traffic nightmares!
