First time flying with Vueling from Malaga and it will be the last! What a ridiculous check in system with all flights queuing together for 3 check in desks. Absolutely retarded.
@SecretSuffolk Could not have expressed it better! I look forward to the outcome of your issues. I too am suffering the appalling customer services of Eon Next or better put the extraordinary lack of customer service. No communication and incompetence when they do communicate.
@jonpearse @eon_next Wish I could say the same Jon - lucky you! Have had nothing but frustration trying to speak to anyone who actually knows what they are talking about. I made a complaint to CEO on 17/01 and still no response.
@eon_next What an absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this company. Even the CEO does not take complaints seriously. Outrageous, appalling customer service. OMBUDSMAN here I come.

@British_Airways So frustrated trying to speak to a human being at BA. It is unacceptable that it is so hard to communicate. Have phoned 3 times and been cut off. Have sent DM - no response. How do paying customers get an answer to queries that are not answered on your website?

Government website says no C19 test required for Spain so can you please confirm that BA are not requesting it. i have heard horror stories of people not being allowed on flights to Canary Isles without a negative test even though guidelines say not needed.
