本质是 Claude Code 里的外部 Codex job，用 /codex:review、/codex:rescue 等命令把任务丢给 Codex，而不是 Claude 原生 subagent。其次，Claude Code 和 Codex 各有独立权限与沙箱，Claude 放行不等于 Codex 能联网或执行命令，DNS 被封就是典型割裂。插件暴露的配置也可能少于 Codex CLI 原生能力，高级沙箱参数不一定能传进去。最后，失败恢复不够 agentic，Codex 出错后 Claude 往往只能拿到失败结果，不能自动降级、重试或接管。总体更适合作为第二意见或 review 工具，而不是完整子智能体。
