@GreenSqAccord been a tenant for over 15 years now and it's appalling that I booked a job in back in April and I'm still waiting on an appointment to have the job completed. It is now September. This goes against legal policies and your charter.
@virginmedia I"ve tried using online help on Tuesday. Someone started to fix the issue at about 10:55 after waiting over 4 hrs. He then advised he was finished for today and someone would get back to me at 8am on Wednesday. Since then I have heard nothing. Iv tried contacting but no 1 cares.
@virginmedia not happy with the way you are handling customers during Covid. I've been waiting 4 days for online help and no one seems to care that I am having issues with my broadband and TV. I guess loyalty means very little to @virginmedia@virginhelp@Virgin
@virginmedia The same nothing has changed. My internet keeps dropping multiple times per day. I have 3 boxes and one doesnt work correctly. The picture quality on some channels is impossible to watch. Some channels are just blank and a pop box comes on the screen asking to contact VM
@virginmedia having been a customer for over 13 years it is absolutely appalling that I've been waiting 4 days for someone to contact me regarding my broadband account. I guess my loyalty means nothing so I'll start looking elsewhere.
