This is completely wrong and extremely unprofessional.
There is nowhere in the world where a press conference will be allowed in court.
Even in some highly popular cases, the Judge still instructs the Members of the Press to turn off their cameras in court.
Very unprofessional.

@qadegbola@fbi_initials The findings of fact would only be perverse if they have led to a miscarriage of justice or violated a point of law or procedure.
If that is the portion of the decision that you are referring to, then that position is not actually new.
If not, please let me know the portion.
@qadegbola@fbi_initials I believe what you're referring to is, if the lower court (which evaluated the evidence, including hearing and observing the witnesses) has made specific findings of material fact, then those findings of facts are correct unless an appeal shows that the findings were perverse.
