Happy to share our study on distinct cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), their spatial architecture, and impact on survival in #Hodgkin#lymphoma just released in @Hemasphere_EHA at https://t.co/13QyhGj3VM
We demonstrate promising survival for high-risk LBCL patients, except for those with TP53 aberrations, high ctDNA levels, and/or EOT ctDNA (MRD) positivity. We also find that ctDNA negativity at the EOT indicates cure and effectively addresses false residual PET positivity.
Happy to share the results of the Nordic biomarker-adapted trial in patients with high-risk LBCL (NLG-LBC-06) just released online in @Hemasphere_EHA at

We learned that prospective stratification according to biological risk factors is feasible.
Here we introduce a simple 3-point frailty score for older Hodgkin patients to inform clinical decisions and prospective trials for older patients. Happy to participate in this Norwegian initiative!

We've kicked-off our first research training program for 2025. This week we've gathered a cohort of 20 young hematologists to undertake Clinical Research Training in Hematology in Milan. Over four days, they will hear from the brightest minds, discussing key topics shaping the future of clinical trials.
Novel Designs for Early Phase Trials – Christina Yap shared innovative approaches to designing early-phase trials that could transform clinical research. Patient Involvement in Trial Design & Research Grant Applications – Jan Geissler emphasized the importance of engaging patients in trial designs and the grant application process, ensuring research is both impactful and patient-centered. These discussions sparked valuable ideas on collaboration, innovation, and patient advocacy.
🚨 CRTH 2026 cohort applications open in June 2025! Are you eligible for the CRTH Training Program? Find out here: https://t.co/dAoD83D8hu

@Haematologica . We dissected the composition and spatial interactions of the TME in GCB, ABC and testicular DLBCLs and found biologically and clinically relevant differences between the subtypes.
Tonight, Santa will embark on his journey from Lapland to around the world as a true ambassador of goodwill, bringing Christmas cheer to millions of homes.
Happy Holidays! ❤️🎅🏻
For example, ABC DLBCL has a more cytotoxic TME, and a predominance of M2-like TAMs, whereas T helper cells and Tregs characterize the TME in the GCB DLBCL. The TME in T-DLBCL is similar to the TME of ABC DLBCL.
