This is true. Read a little 20th century history. Ukraine’s fight is not the idiotic, corrupt foray into Iraq and Afghanistan. It is people who actually believe in freedom and hate tyranny so much they are willing to suffer for it.

If Ukrainians were to act like Russians and tolerate Putin, then you’d have all of Ukraine, the largest country in Europe, at Putin’s disposal. What do you think he would do next ?

We are currently in a pre-stage of a world war. I compare it to the period between 1936-1939. The civil war in Spain is raging and it is unclear who will win, but Italy and Germany help Franco, while the West mainly stays silent. Same goes with Czechoslovakia and Austria, two sovereign nations which still are independent but on the verge to be annexed. Again the West does nothing. By the end of this pre-world war period the fascist regimes have achieved everything and with the Hitler-Stalin Pact the gates to WW2 are now fully open.

Russia, North Korea and Iran, as well as their minions such Hezbollah, Hamas, Assad-Syria and the Houthis in Yemen are currently moving against the free world. China is in my opinion currently more on the side-lines even when some Chinese hardware appears in Russian arsenal, but it is far from what it could be if China seriously goes in. China has its own plan and it does not include an existent Russia.

This might sound bleak but it doesn't have to be. There is still a chance to avert world war 3. The key to everything is Ukraine, and this is no hyperbole. When Russia fails in Ukraine, then the whole axis of the dictatorships will fall apart. Putin will be considered the greatest loser of Russian history, will be removed and Russia in its current form will end to exist. Regimes in countries like Belarus, Syria and Serbia will lose their puppetplayer and will end. The mullah regime will be extremely exposed and vulnerable, offering the freedom-loving people of Iran to finally overthrow their mullah regime. This in turn will cause a domino effect in the Middle-East, ending the most important ally of the Assad regime, Hezbollah and Hamas, and freeing Syria and Lebanon from their biggest curse.

It is up to us in the West if we want to avert WW3. Ukraine and her fight are directly connected to this question. Ukraine is the key between freedom for all of us or WW3 if Ukraine is abandoned. There is nothing in between. It cannot be overstated that this is the single-greatest decision of our times.

To those who doubt Ukraine’s ability to defeat Russian aggression or Ukraine's partners' ability to provide adequate support, consider this:

At the height of the Cold War, the so-called "West" consisted of only 19–20 countries. Nonetheless, it ultimately outcompeted the Soviet Union and its Socialist Bloc, both of which comprised 20 currently sovereign states.

Today, only the countries providing military aid to Ukraine through the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, "Ramstein," number more than 50.

Modern Russia is far weaker than the USSR, with only three outcast allies providing it with weapons: Belarus, the DPRK, and Iran.

Cold War: 20-20.
Today: 50-4.

The combined GDP of the current Western coalition providing military aid to Ukraine is 21 times greater than the combined GDP of Russia and its allies.

The West: $57 trillion.
Russia and allies: $2,7 trillion.

According to the Estonian Ministry of Defense, if NATO countries invested merely 0.25% of their GDP in military aid to Ukraine, it would generate €120 billion in defense support each year. A sum large enough to assure Ukraine’s victory and just peace.

Of course, no one wants another Cold War. But it is also naive to believe that Russia would not dare to attack a NATO country if it had succeeded in Ukraine. Therefore, Ukraine’s victory and the restoration of a just peace in Europe are existential strategic goals for the Euro-Atlantic community.

We do not ask anyone to fight for us. All we need is assistance that is timely and appropriate for the challenge we are facing. Figures show that it is not a matter of resources but of the West believing in itself and defining a clear goal of victory over the enemy that threatens us all.

US President @BillClinton, Russian President Boris Yeltsin and Ukrainian President Leonid Kravchuk signed the agreement on nuclear disarmament of Ukraine.
On December 5, 1994, they were in Budapest signed security guarantees for Ukraine 🇺🇦, which went down in history under the name of the Budapest Memorandum.

Throughout 1994, extremely tense negotiations regarding Ukraine's nuclear status continued. They ended on December 5 with the signing in Budapest of the Memorandum on security guarantees in connection with the accession to Treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons between the Russian Federation, Great Britain, the USA and Ukraine.

According to these agreements, a young state pledged to get rid of all nuclear weapons, and in return received assurances from the guarantor countries that they would not use nuclear weapons against it and would respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine.

The colossal nuclear arsenal of Ukraine 🇺🇦, inherited from the Soviet Union, included 176 intercontinental ballistic missiles, from 1,200 to 2,156 strategic warheads, and from 2,500 to 4,200 ammunition of tactical weapons, strategic bombers TU-95MS and TU-160.

This nuclear power exceeded the nuclear arsenals of China 🇨🇳, Britain 🇬🇧 and France 🇫🇷 combined.

So, where are you, the shitty guarantors of the security of my country?

You do not introduce a NATO contingent to drive out the aggressor, you do not provide the required amount of weapons on time and in full, and you block financial assistance.
