@SamHersh01@SherylNestel “Under fire from Jewish Community” once again conflates Jews with Israel. It is Zionist organizations that are raising this. They are not necessarily representative of the Jewish Community. I know that they don’t represent my views.
@kinsellawarren First just random shit from Jesse Brown. Gives me an idea to walk through the March with Israel and make sure they give room. Maybe I will ride my bike through the crowd, I should be allowed to do that.
@EvanLSolomon I'm a Jewish constituent of yours in your riding of Toronto Centre who your office continues to brush off and ignore because you apparently aren't interested in discussing with me all the ways you will literally make me less safe by criminalizing protest with Bill C-9.
@kinsellawarren@oliviachow Further to this, her unit was not subsidized but set at market value. Only certain units are subsidized. There is a limit on these so she is not denying anyone a place to live. She did not occupy a subsidized unit. She did not deny anyone a subsidized unit.
@kinsellawarren@oliviachow Raising a 1991 misinformation. Co-ops are meant to be occupied by people of varying incomes. Other Councillors, Pam McConnell for one, have lived in co-ops. Co-ops get people to recognize home ownership as a place to live and not as an investment. Kudos to Chow
@JesseBrown Hobnobbing with far right Zionists does not make for progress. I hope that most Jews in Canada, even supporters of @CIJAinfo, would distance themselves from Tafsik. I know @IndJewishVoices and other progressive Jews oppose all hate, including Tafsik’s.
@TomPark1n It was quite obvious during questioning at the committee that if the Federal Liberals didn’t initiate Jets at Billy Bishop that they are at least working with the Ford government and have been given some idea of the plans. Plans for which Toronto is in the dark.
@CIJAinfo As a Jewish member of a CLC union (PIPSC), I feel well represented by the @CLCOntario . As a Jew, however I do not feel represented by @CIJAinfo.
@kinsellawarren Hilarious. Chow is doing her mayoralty duties. BB has been campaigning for mayor for two years and ignoring his constituents. You just have to ask the tenants of 500 Dawes Road.
@TomPark1n Meanwhile, BB has been campaigning for a year and ignoring his constituents. Most of the City Councillors have not registered yet as they have constituents to attend to. Bradford, on the other hand, doesn’t give a f___k about his constituents only himself.
@HMcPhersonNDP@PSSAR She is the Foreign Affairs critic for the NDP. She does spend, however, lots of time criticizing the government of Alberta’s attempt to destroy our Healthcare system. Of course, your
comments have launched lots of hate.
@JesseBrown I guess you like being alongside the influencer of the mosque shooting in Quebec City. Many others have been cited for real antisemitism. There in good company with an idiot like you.
Many American cities including Dallas, Austin, Tx., Boston, Washington and others already have this program. The tree canopy offers many benefits to the neighbourhood but it is distributed unevenly. Wealthier neighbourhoods have better canopies but the cost is born by all.
@kinsellawarren Many cities such as Dallas, Washington, and Boston have adopted such a program. You may note that many of our neighbourhoods with few trees are our poorest. The tree canopy benefits are not equally distributed but we all pay for it.
@BermanPCMD Zionists like to reinvent history. When colonialism was in fashion (“look what we have done to the land”) they were colonialists. Now that we realize the damage colonialism has done they are indigenous people. Such is Hasbara. @kristynwongtam@CJPME@IJV_Toronto
