@nickjcal There's a pit in my stomach from all this. I loved all 3 Doom games, and honestly TDA is my favorite. I get it didn't click for some people, and that Game Pass cannibalized the sales, but it still just seems so senseless to me.

It makes no sense why they would choose this studio to annihilate, but I know they didn't give them a chance at freedom because they want to keep the IP for themselves to churn it out.

@dkdolphino @GoronOfHell I don't think it did a good job of being distinguishing enough. As another comment said, it might have been the audio mixing, but I think it was also an issue of the soundtrack itself. It wasn't on the same level as the gameplay, it worked more as background noise.

@asha_shar I understand the need to restructure, and I'm incredibly glad no studio was closed, but some of these reductions are absurd such as the 90+ people at id and half of Zenimax online. Here I was thinking resurrecting Project Blackbird would be a better move.
