@EE less than 5 days on EE and already finding it a nightmare to get any help with my phone not making or receiving calls. Constantly directed to call for help but I cant even call 150!!!

My god. ID mobile is quite honestly the worst mobile network. Signal shocking and customer service even worse... even after admitting congestion (i.e. overselling) they still want me to buy out of my contract for a service that doesn't work most of the time. Avoid
