His ministries distanced themselves from him, and many in Reformed/Baptist circles view him as disqualified from pastoral ministry due to these events and lack of demonstrated repentance.

We voted for him and we stand for the work he’s done in a positive step toward stabilizing the Middle East. That’s good for us and for our country in the long run.
