On today's date in 1901, over half of the U.S. was at or above 90°F and nearly 9% of the land area was at least 100°F. The same weather occurring this week occurred exactly 125 years ago, but according to most climate alarmists, it was just weather in 1901, but this week's three-day event is undeniable proof that we are facing a climate catastrophe.
@AlexTaylorNews@RepLisaMcClain The premise that "never needed it before" is demonstrably false.
It's another example of how weak-minded and ignorant Democrats are! Bless their hearts...
@SenSanders Another day, more Bernie Sanders bullshit.
If you cannot see this post as an apples v. oranges comparison - well, you might be too stupid to vote responsibly. Bless your heart.
@RepPettersen They could and should have self-deported already!
Good to see ICE doing it's job! Nice change from the Biden/Mayorkas treason!
You want to hold people accountable - start with the people who broke our law and are living here ILLEGALLY!!!
@SenSanders Well, Bernie - you could sell all but one of your multiple expensive homes and start paying for poor people's healthcare - from your OWN damn pocket!
Iran's ridiculous demand that the U.S. stop Israel from defending herself against Hezbollah, is actually an admission that Hezbollah is Iran's proxy acting on Iran's behalf.
In my opinion, Hezbollah's attacks on Israel just before the Memorandum of Understanding was signed was calculated to provoke Israel's response - her very legitimate response, by the way - and muddy the waters.
At what point does the world come to grips with the reality that we simply cannot negotiate with evil terrorist regimes and expect actual, lasting peace?
@XavierBecerra In CA, they count every vote, legitimate or not - and it Democrats aren't winning they'll count votes for Democrats over and over and over again until they get the result the fixers want.
In the past couple days, a controversy has risen because the Department of War did not designate the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as "Christian". I have been very disappointed, not in the separate distinction, but in the controversy.
First, I want to be clear for all of my non-LDS friends - make no mistake, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is adamantly Christian in that we believe in and worship Jesus Christ. We look to His Atonement and Grace for salvation just as all other Christians do. It's literally even in the name!
However, our Savior himself made that same distinction between His Church and other Christians when He restored His Church - structured completely as it had been in His own Earthly ministry.
I have a great love and appreciation for all who follow our Savior, Jesus Christ, regardless of where or with whom they worship. I embrace them and their love for Him. Division and contention are not of Him and are not worthy of His followers.
I know of the life beyond this mortal life. I know who has paid that awful debt of my sins. I know how precious that is to me. I know how my love for Him drives me to be more like Him every day - though far and challenging be the path. I know what I know.
I do not need a line item on a government list to validate my testimony of who I am to Him or my testimony of who He is to me.
I do not need to be lumped in with all other Christian sects to know who I am.
No, my disappointment is not with the Department of War making the very same distinction that the Lord Himself made - my disappointment is with members of His Church finding offense in that distinction. We are Christian, but we are also more than mere Christians and we should appreciate that.
