@WalkerJRoss#SPM3500 I think that this subsidy was in order to keep the team in Columbus which makes sense to me. Besides the various amount of money given to minority and women owned businesses, I do not think that a great deal of economic impact will arise from this due to COVID relations.
@WalkerJRoss#spm3500 I believe that Ann Meyers Drysdale would be deserving of this award. She was the women who really broke the sports gender barrier. Ann became the first women to ever sign an NBA contract, with the Indiana Pacers in 1979. Lastly she was the first women to broadcast NBA.

1. Owners will expand to make more money, or because they were not successful in one city and see a opportunity in another. 2. An economic reason that could prevent expansion in a viable market could be expansion fees. 3. I donโt think leagues need to expand anymore.

@WalkerJRoss#spm3500 If ABC becomes apart of the NFL package, I think that they are going to have to pay even more than ESPN does, so somewhere over 1 billion dollars. If ABC ends up being excluded from the NFL all together, Iโm not sure if itโs going to hurt the NFL more or ABC.
@WalkerJRoss#SPM3500 I do not think that season tickets reflect the willingness to pay for this product, because I believe that some people will purchase season tickets, but the majority of fans will not all buy season tickets and instead watch just as close from home.
@WalkerJRoss#spm3500 I am most looking forward to learning about how much of a change occurs for a team when they have to change arenas. I wanted to learn more about what goes into the organizations decisions and how much it impacts sales etc.
