@RonDeSantis You know who DID have the power to choose between shutting down and NOT shutting down schools? You did. And you're now blaming someone who, in your own words, "did not have the power to close schools" for your own actions?
Wonderful. So Trump's ingenuous solution to China advancing too fast is to make American people's lives harder by only allowing them to purchase inferior products at a more expensive price.
that I agree with. Elon is an egocentric asshole who cares little about anyone or anything but his childlike obsession with being considered the visionary leader in tech, politics, and everything else. his viewpoints are indeed reminiscent of many of the Nazi's stances, and I'd argue that some of his beliefs and actions are beyond even the Nazi beliefs (a push for anarchy one day, a push of absolute capitalism the next). All I'm trying to say is that when you falsely label someone - even an objectively evil person - using words that are reserved for the absolute worst humans in history who didn't even deserve to live, you are implying that the person being labeled deserves the same treatment, which is way too extreme.
I will continue to do it because it's true. in fact, I'd go one step further and say that Trump is not only getting people to assassinate others, but actively causing thousands of deaths on a daily basis. But Trump being the way he is doesn't have anything to do with whether you should call anyone with a different opinion a Nazi.
I agree with that 100%. That's the whole point I've been trying to make. The left calling anyone with a different opinion a "Nazi" and the right calling anyone with a different opinion a "communist" are literally identical issues from different sides. Trump is a dumb fuck who doesn't know half of the words from his own mouth, that's not an excuse for everyone opposing him to do the same.
the word "Nazi" was literally created by the Nazi Party to describe only people that followed their rules strictly. Saying that someone who clearly doesn't follow the rules of the Nazi party is a Nazi goes against the actual definition of the word, and can be only explained by you people trying to label your political opponents using the worst names possible, potentially to dehumanize them and make it ok to assassinate them.
@LoganCoolelw1s@hemantmehta the Führerprinzip was literally required by the Nazi party as necessary for being a Nazi. you are mistaking what a Nazi is with who you want to label as one.
Socialism is an economic and political philosophy encompassing diverse economic and social systems[1] characterised by social ownership of the means of production,[2] as opposed to private ownership.[3][4][5] It describes the economic, political, and social theories and movements associated with the implementation of such systems.
Socialists view private property relations as limiting the potential of productive forces in the economy. According to socialists, private property becomes obsolete when it concentrates into centralised, socialised institutions not based on private appropriation of revenue—but based on cooperative work and internal planning in allocation of inputs—until the role of the capitalist becomes redundant.[262] With no need for capital accumulation and a class of owners, private property in the means of production is perceived as being an outdated form of economic organisation that should be replaced by a free association of individuals based on public or common ownership of these socialised assets

@LoganCoolelw1s@hemantmehta the fundamental criteria for being a Nazi is the strict following of Führerprinzip.
tell me the exact time and date when someone like Elon, whom you call a Nazi, has committed to that law.

The fact the China feels like this is something they should be proud of and needs to be posted internationally for show off says everything you need to know about how twisted their government is.
@ReutersScience On one hand, it must suck to be experiencing like a thousand earthquakes per day; one the other hand, Japan's efforts to minimize damages caused by earthquakes are really insanely good and underrated.
@MarioNawfal@TabzLIVE Says the guy who promised to end the Russian invasion in 24 hours and ended up making everything worse in not just Russia, but also Iran, Somalia, Ethiopia, Egypt, and many more.
