Compare that to InPost: scan QR → choose locker size → door opens. Done. Then a simple on-screen QR to confirm receipt and enter email on your phone. Much more straightforward.

@RoyalMail Hey Royal Mail Drop & Go lockers—these really need streamlining. Too many steps: repeated scans, multiple questions, then asking for my email after I’ve just printed the label.

@NCT_Buses A generic notice stating “delays” does not reflect a 30+ minute service gap with no bus passing Forest Gate. The live tracking did not indicate the true extent of the disruption, which prevented me from making alternative arrangements. This resulted in me missing a hospital app.

I’ve been waiting since 15:35 for a bus to City Hospital (appointment at 4pm) and not a single Brown bus has gone past. If I’d known the service was going to be like this, I would have driven.
@NCT_Buses Real-time updates are within your app are within control. Please can you confirm why the app did not reflect the disruption and how I formally submit a complaint and refund request?
@NCT_Buses Passengers still rely on the timetable you publish. When no service turns up for over 25 to 30 minutes and people miss medical appointments as a result, that’s a serious service failure , regardless of the cause.
@NCT_Buses I appreciate there are roadworks, however there has been no Brown Line bus at Forest Gate since 15:35 and no clear real-time update at the stop to indicate the extent of the delay
I’ve just had a phone call with a doctor at City Hospital & have now been told I’ve missed my appointment because no bus has arrived. This has put me in a really difficult position and makes it look as though I haven’t managed my time properly, when I’ve been waiting since 15:35
I’m now 15 minutes from home and may have to get an Uber to avoid missing my appointment. This is really disappointing service. Please can you advise and arrange a refund for my ticket, and confirm how I can claim compensation for the additional travel cost?
@RoyalMail I’ve just posted 16 tracked letters in the postbox at Gedling Grove, Nottingham & noticed it doesn’t have a collection card displayed, I’m now concerned it might have been decommissioned. Could you please confirm whether this box is still in use?

@StubHubUK I’ve been trying to update the price of my @ladygaga#MAYHEMBALL ticket from £390 to £350 it says the change is saved, but every time I reopen my listing it’s reverted back to £390. Can you please look into this? The event is on 8th Oct so it’s time-sensitive.
@NETTram When should you tap on and off? A system, where you tap in/out for every trip and short trips are auto-detected, would be much clearer and fairer for everyone.
