The @GWRHelp service from Yatton to Parson Street was absolutely disgraceful yesterday. Just 2 carriages on a Bristol City match day, absolutely rammed, some close to fainting given the heat and how squashed people were, my 6 year old daughter was terrified. It was unsafe!
