@adamdobson123 Hip joint itself ok but some internal snapping hip symptoms along same time. 29 y/o following large increase in running. Sitting only real agg. Cleared for stress injury but persisting at 8 weeks. Thanks for the reply, helpful 👍
@adamdobson123 hi Adam. Hope you don't mind the public question on a case study. Lower back and thigh pain provoked on sitting > 5 minutes but no pain at all with standing lumbar flexion or jeffersons for over pressure. Is that satisfactory to rule out spine > hip or not? Ty

@GregLehman@CorKinetic I have similar with a biceps tendinopathy (?due to an underlying slap.. details). Feels good during, increased pain and worse function following. Maybe not "damage" as who knows but certainly hasn't helped despite feeling nice after a few sets
@GatesPhysio Probably absolutely nothing to do with it but if looking for weird differentials then i have seen "man In a barrel" syndrome once before. Proximal upper limb weakness without any leg or other motor involvement. He struggled with extreme fatigue over head but pretty good neutral
@C_Hayward5@danensor I'm with Charlie on this one although it's hard to say if they're "due to tobacco" or tobacco just plays a big part. EG: tobacco increases your risk to have a stroke 10fold which is the worlds second biggest killer...
