People aren't complaining, they're analysing the society they live in to make it better.

You need to have people who are employed, as well as employers. Why should employees have to have a shit life? Someone needs to do the work, they should be properly compensated.

I understand what you're saying but it depends on market trends, wealth disparity, personal resources and luck. With the current wealth gap, poor people have less to 'sacrifice' now than at any point since the Great Depression.
