She didn’t run her hand over him and it's not only blood she would be checking by running her glove over him, but specifically wetness. She only looked at his face while the male looked at his lower right side

At 1:33 the female officer says "we have to check don't we?" As she checks his face and male officer slightly moves the shirt and glances at his lower abdomen right side
