We are recruiting a maternity cover for our Head of Fundraising. We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for social impact and outstanding performance and has the capacity to lead a small Fundraising team which plays a central role in the ongoing development and success of our organisation.
While you do not currently have to be leading a team or have extensive management experience, what is important is that you have the leadership approach; communication skills; and track record in securing major grants in either the performing arts, wider cultural not-for-profit or homelessness sector to lead our Fundraising function.
Salary: £45,176 per annum | Location: Remote / hybrid | 9-month contract
