Closely following dogs, politics, cooking, golf, baseball (Yankees), hockey (Rangers), American government, & dogs. Yes, dogs twice. Conservative. Own the libs.
Why should anyone believe this, when his staffers have been so secretive about everything! This man is a very powerful senator, and the public DESERVES to know what’s going on. He’s already missed SEVERAL important votes. UNACCEPTABLE. He should resign immediately.
I spoke to my old friend Mitch McConnell this morning, the senior Senator from Kentucky. He’s still recovering in the hospital. We talked for just shy of 20 minutes … about IRAN, UKRAINE, the unfolding situation in MAINE, my visit to the TR Presidential Library, and even a little bit of Senate history. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible.
A family husky didn't hesitate when a bear came charging across the driveway.
Home security video shows the dog sprinting between the bear and a child, putting itself directly in harm's way before the bear kept moving.
According to the family the loyal pup will get a well-deserved T-bone steak.
Mitch McConnell is being kept “alive” by life support machines, but my White House source told me McConnell is in organ failure, and as I reported, source told me he has allegedly been declared a vegetable (brain dead) by doctors and the White House has been told “McConnell isn’t ever coming back.”
Officially brain dead, organ failure is accelerating, life support machine is keeping him “alive” but his brain is officially dead and his wife @ElaineChao has fled the country to China.
I wonder if she brought any of his documents or briefings with her to China.
The allegations of sexual assault against Graham Platner are deeply disturbing. He should drop out and make way for a candidate that can defeat Susan Collins in November.
DRIVE-BY MEDIA: Most Americans believe that black women are primarily murdered by racist white men. It turns out that 99% are committed by blacks. 91% are committed by black men and 8% are committed by black women. It turns out that 0% are committed by white supremacists. Why does the media want us to think white men are the problem?

Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of Americans signed their names to a piece of parchment and made a promise no nation had ever made before: that we're all created equal, endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights — life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We're the only nation in history built not on ethnicity, or blood, or geography but on an idea. That's always been what makes us exceptional. We chose that path 250 years ago but that’s where the work began, not where it ended. Every generation has had to choose it again. At Valley Forge, at Gettysburg, on the beaches of Normandy, in the streets of Selma. Americans recommitted themselves to the principles on which our nation was founded.
Now it's our turn.
There's nothing guaranteed about our democracy. We have to fight for it, defend it, and earn it. Over and over, year after year. That's not a burden. That's what it means to be an American.
250 years in, we still haven't fully lived up to those words in the Declaration. But we've never walked away from them, and this July 4, I hope all of us can commit to one thing: that we never will. I don't believe we're as divided as we're told we are. I've bet my whole life on the American people, and I'm not stopping now.
Happy 250th birthday, America. Our story isn't finished. Let's keep writing it together.
