@oasis my disabled friend held on the phone line for 4 hours to get tickets for Wembley and got cut off. They can’t purchase accessible tickets online, Wembley make them phone up. How do they get tickets for new dates please as no info released for people like him.

You will have no record of them trying to buy tickets as they were not allowed to purchase them online so there is no way they can even get a ballot email

@TfL we have made numerous calls and sent emails to you but nobody gets back to us. The van is under the height/weight category but yet they are still being hounded 6 months later!

@TfL do you think someone could contact us regarding this. The van in question is allowed through the Rotherhide tunnel as you accepted in your letter however my elderly in laws have now received a threatening letter from the bayliffs. This is not fair as they are terrified!
