I have ordered one charger from amazon by seeing one year warranty, within one month that one stopped working. For that warranty claiming, i haven't received any product support contact details in amazon.
How amazon did it ?

See my screenshots whenever i have called after the ticket created on may 30th.

From first ticket i got the waiting period as 5 business days, from the call after that i got 7 business days, then 24 hours, now after 40 hours again i am getting 72 hours waiting

They repeating by saying wait 3 days, 5 days, 7 days.
Some preset sequences.

Now i have waited more than 13 business days + 5 weekend days.
Still they are not solved.
