@OurLocalMan@OKsooner931@esjesjesj That’s not a constitutional requirement. It’s an additional *disqualification* from a constitutional *amendment* (specifically Article 14 Sec. 3), which was tried in Colorado in 2024 but per SCOTUS could not be implemented due to Article 14 Sec. 5.
