Just on the phone to @eonenergyuk since even though I spoke to someone 2 wks ago they'r still telling me my direct debit is too low. A solid 10 minutes on hold, 5 minutes with someone who can't even help who then cuts me off when I say I want to raise a complaint. disgusting.

... terrible service. So I say I'm not happy with that and am told I'll need to stay on hold to be put through to the complaints team. When they're taking too long @eonenergyuk tells me she'll call me back when she gets through to them. That was 4 hours ago...
