Which “battle of the century”? Rus skaters haven’t been competing intl since 2022, and we’re only in early September. Skaters are anywhere near 100%. This will probably be a transitional season for the rus WOMEN, but I think next season we’re going to see them come back hard.

i’ve come to realisation that we probably shouldn’t have treated kinoshita as this ‘battle of the century’. (don’t get me wrong the lineup is stacked) it’s early september 😭 the skaters are so stressed over a CHALLENGER. i dont even want to watch it live at this point
