My name is Shelly Carter. I am the adoptive mom of Allyson Carter, formerly known as Tori T. Outlaw.
Allyson is a survivor of many things...childhood sexual abuse, trafficking, porn and satanic ritual abuse. The trauma she survived began at 3 months old and was deliberate, severe, and profound. I learned she had D.I.D, which was formerly known as multiple personality disorder as a result of the aforementioned traumas. From those abuses she has over 250 alter personalities that helped her cope with the evil bring done to her.
Sadly, that was not the worst that Ally survived.
I later learned she had trauma based mind control programming, which also falls under the MK Ultra header. Her programming designation is "Ruby", "Red Diamond" or a "Diamond kid."
MK Ultra is the worst form of slavery that has ever existed in all of humanity.
The fact that it is done to children in the commission of trafficking and rituals for someone else's pleasure and gain is unforgivable!
Much of Congress is guilty and complicit, and they themselves have ties to MK Ultra programs and trafficking as well as the ability to activate the MK sleepers to violence at their will. It is my strong belief, based on what I've witnessed with Ally, that Congress holds trigger codes to further their agendas. If someone paid attention to the mass shootings, transgender and school shootings, and looked back to congress, you will find questionable patterns and trigger codes publically sent that should be investigated. For instance, pushing a anti-gun agenda is usually followed by a mass shooting. I believe that is an ochestrated false flag involving MK Ultra survivors who are triggered to act against their own free will.
Mk Ultra is a very complex and multi- layered evil that strips a child of their free will.
Please, spend time with the MK survivors and hear firsthand the fallout survivors live with and what they have suffered.
They live the most tortured existence of any human I have ever witnessed, and that is by deliberate design of the evil doers who have programmed them as children.
Most of the public information about MK Ultra is very clinical, sterile, and scientific.
It in no way shows the depth and damage inflicted on survivors. Survivors live with damage that is debilitating and torturous every hour of every day.
There is no known lasting cure, in fact most "help" for survivors is actually evil people doing more harm. There is no medicine and no amount of therapy for survivors.
That is also by design. Programners do not want them to be helped.
All information to the public is watered down and far removed from the actual reality of how it affects the children it was imposed upon.
Your government/congress has never shown the depth and degradation inflicted on the child survivors nor what they suffer trying to live with the fallout.
Ask why??
If the everyday people knew what was being done to the children, righteous rage would fill the streets.
There continue to be new survivors "created" through MK Ultra even though the program was supposedly discontinued.
The government and dark faction of our military blatantly lied to the public.
The government who used mind control torture to split the psyches of children so they could control them as adults should not be trusted or believed that they ended those programs.
There are millions and millions of survivors in the U.S. alone, dating back into the 1940s if not earlier.
There are millions of survivors who are unaware they are programmed.
That is also by design!
I have spent every waking moment for the past 15 years learning what MK Ultra looks like...
