This is an ongoing project so the number of objects accessible via eHive will continue to increase. Later this year, the Melbourne Athenaeum Archives will also be searchable via our website. This will be part of the wider redesign of the history section of the website.

We love our members! Some kind words from a new member, “… a more lovely, friendly, kindly staff you could not hope to find. So nice to sit and admire books in this little gem of a library in the city.” #LibrariesChangeLives#melbournelibrary

We loved having the Diploma of Library and Information Services students from @VUPolytechnic visit us today. We talked all things libraries, cataloguing, the history of the Athenaeum building, and they even saw the oldest working lift in Melbourne 🛗
