The National Socialist philosopher Rüdiger von Steinbach cites what National Socialism has declared war on (from his book "The Victory of Life is the Meaning of the World", 1940):

The big city is the successful suicide attempt of man - the "invigorating" and inorganic diet of meat, alcohol, smoking, bars and the connoisseur world, with the contempt for everything natural, such as: the devaluation of women; swimming trunks, to the shame of those who wear them; the spiritual and moral levels of certain magazines and cinemas; the sterilization of souls by the machines; the rhythms of modern dances and fashion; the whipping up of man by sensations; big advertisements, childlessness, the need for luxury in the big city, and, last but not least, the actual establishment of life insurance policies, or the consumption of artificial fertilizers, along with the erudition of life-dead "scientists", the idle time of administrators, in the proliferation of useless writing, their outflow of novels and "life problems", in the echoing of shallow flattery, the escapism of "intellectual greats" from the world, the flight into magic, mysticism, occult teachings, the attempts to revive already dead religious heritages - all this is morbid, and signs of degeneration.

Everywhere in these fields the counter-attack has been set in motion - not for the sake of a fight, oh no, that would be inorganic, but for the purpose of developing one's own forces and values.
It is amusing to see how decadence even celebrates triumphs today, for it too has awakened forces - thus it celebrates its zenith not only in Germany, but especially in America.

The Jew is the true core of decadence, as his way of life and his views on life are the prototype of the pathological: the devaluation of the economy to the capital market; the devaluation of culture and of women to sensual commodities; the devaluation of peoples, states and people to machines, and the devaluation of every ideal value as a justification for unrestrained instinct and lust.

This is the world we declared war on.

"The Greatest Socialist Construction Project Of The German People", a speech given by Dr. Robert Ley of the German Labor Front to the Gau Obmänner and Gau economic advisors of the NSDAP in 1941, is a exploration into the German socialist project within the Third Reich, including a discussion of its healthcare system, the concept of the workplace community, the construction of new homes, and the fruits of German social welfare, including vocational education, the Reich wage system, and more.

I hope this work can serve as a basis for creating more interest around German socialism and its implementation within the Third Reich; I also plan to translate Dr. Ley's other works in the future, though Alfred Rosenberg continues to be a priority.

@Anonnnnator He should drop his Dr Fischer's mascot. Karl Radl has never worked with any of Fischer's papers, and I doubt he has even read Fischer's works. It is an insult to Dr Fischer, as this makes the public associate Fischer's portrait with the guy who writes articles about doughnuts.

Something I'd like to throw out there as it relates to my translations: my translations are open source, meaning that anyone is free to use them however they wish. I will never copyright any translations I do, with the exceptions of rights to selling physical editions of them (see my upcoming translation publication with Antelope Hill as a example, though the translation itself on the Internet Archive will remain up and free to anyone wishing to read it).

As it relates to being credited, I'd greatly appreciate the gesture, but its not something I will demand from anyone; the only reason I would want credit is to get more eyes on this project, thus promoting the English releases further.

My goal remains firm and uncompromising: to allow English readers to understand National Socialism from primary sources, to popularize the works of great men, and to ensure that the eternal standard of the swastika remains unfurled, unbroken and bold, before a world of enemies.
