🚨 Biden's DOJ is SUING Texas to Force the State to REMOVE Border Barriers

Amid the massive surge in illegal immigration under Joe Biden, TX Gov. Greg Abbott ordered the construction of a floating buoy barrier to STOP ILLEGALS from entering Texas.

This angered the Mexican government, the Biden administration, and immigration activists complained the move to defend Texas' sovereignty was "illegal and inhumane."

WHAT HAPPENED:

As a result, the Biden DOJ announced they'll be SUING Gov. Greg Abbott and the state of Texas in order to force them to remove the new barriers

• Gov. Greg Abbott responded to the announcement: "Texas will see you in court, Mr. President."

• Texas says the barriers have been placed in the Rio Grande river to "discourage people from attempting to cross the treacherous river."

U.S. Border Patrol has encountered almost TWO MILLION illegal migrants this year, and there is NO sign of the influx slowing down.

STATE RESPONSE:

Biden has repeatedly REFUSED to provide the necessary support and resources to quell this surge in illegal crossings
• This has forced states to take action themselves

Texas has deployed THOUSANDS of National Guard soldiers as well as state troopers down to the border.
• Resulted in 400,000 illegal immigrant apprehensions since mid 2021 by Texas authorities alone

In addition, Texas has bussed migrants to notoriously liberal cities across the country, including:

• 10,400 to DC
• 9,700 to NYC
• 3,700 to Chicago
• 1,800 to Philadelphia
