@Headteacherchat I applied for 3 and was so pleased I got the third. I have since looked to move on and found it hard. Lots of internal candidates who are successful. I'm sure they are great but it's tough getting a gig. Keep going 👍

@TPScheme This sounds great. How does monthly income nearly match wages when taking such early retirement? I thought there were penalties. We should all retire at 57 if it matches our wages.

@Penny_Ten @MrsSarahMullin @samtwiselton My views are to include everyone. Yours are to include who you want. Therefore to exclude who you don't want. So not inclusive. Is there such a thing as selective inclusion? Maybe you could debate that at your conference🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

@Penny_Ten @MrsSarahMullin @samtwiselton Perhaps because men and women coexist. The vast majority of men love women and are their greatest advocates. Oh and to be inclusive and not exclude. Which you seemed unhappy about but your unhappiness depends on who is excluded maybe 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Penny_Ten Taking skin colour away for a second. What do you believe the impact is for schools who support a high % of SEND and disadvantaged children. Does this suggest genetics is the biggest factor in ability? Sorry if I've not understood. I understand school is a huge factor.

Or maybe no one visits schools and they are left to their own devices🤷🏻‍♂️
The ofsted framework is the biggest issue here. Not school leaders involvement.

@PaulGarvey4 So the system is the problem. When the system changes, because it will. Would you be happy for serving staff to work with Ofsted? I believe it's better to have serving school leaders within ofsted.
