@Dzameer Agree, HR is mostly seen as soft skill; synonymous with recruitment alone. In reality, HR professionals wear diff hats at diff times in every organisation. Undoubtedly one of the difficult n very imp roles in an org'n is that of an HR prof'l.
@gbceducation we've so far trained 1200 plus youth (900 women+300 men) as trainers n community leaders. They teach in schools, community, colleges and hamlets. We can certainly support in this domain.
@NusratHDFCBank Agree. Having worked extensively with rural youth, we've noticed that learning new skills (and deploying them) gives a sense of empowerment, improves confidence and esteem levels.
@INEEtweets@UNGEI We’ve trained some youth as trainers. During these Covid times, these youth are voluntarily gathering the marginalised children in their communities, and are teaching them everyday. Proud of them.
@ramyamadhavan13@WISE_Tweets@streetchilduk True. Motivating and encouraging students for self-learning, with guidance as required, could also make students take responsibility for their learning.
@WISE_Tweets Teachers, parents, school leaders and students should collectively should practice hygiene, kindness, empathy and be more patient. Create new Code of Conduct, norms and do's & don'ts for schools.
@UNICEFIndia Absolutely very imp to teach boys/girls about good & bad touch; AND what to do when they encounter a bad touch. Every parent, teacher/school, govt org MUST create this awareness amongst children irrespective of age. Adults MUST listen/act when kids complain of such instances.
