To every disabled student who has made it through the graduation season, Congratulations!😇😍🤩
To everyone who could not because of barriers, I am proud of you. I will try to stand up for your inclusion whenever I can.♥️🥺

Grateful to CSIR for the ASPIRE fellowship selection and to @AshokaUniv for providing the opportunity to be a scientist. If any previous grantees could share their experience on the timing of fund release please tweet, DM or email me at [email protected] . Thanks!
@NetMeds please don't make it a monthly affair of delaying the delivery in sending meds when you take a good amount of money for NETMEDS plus subscribers. Please get in touch over DMs and process my order ASAP.
One thing I hate about chronic illness, and I’ll probably never get used to, is the unpredictability.
You can go from feeling okay to a full blown flare in a couple of hours.
The only consistent thing is the uncertainty of how you will feel day to day.
Anytime my baseline worsens, my grief continues. Anytime I miss out on something important, my grief continues. Anytime someone important in my life walks away, my grief continues. The grief of chronic illness/disability can be continuous and so heartbreaking.
It's peak summer and I have fainted twice due to not having access to cold water, I am sure you treat your customers better.
Please get in touch ASAP. And I barely have any energy to again deal with rude, complex people.
@LGIndia Can you please get in touch over DMs? It's very unprofessional on the servicing team part to keep people waiting for hours after a set time has been set up for appliance repair. The best they could do is inform, not reject my calls.
A few months ago a “friend” told me that he felt disabled people should be denied access to healthcare so “survival of the fittest” could happen faster.
That people like me are the reasons he - a non disabled cishet white man - can’t get ahead.
How did we get here? 🧵/1

I'm reposting this Basic Acute COVID Care guide that I wrote recently bc I know A LOT of people need this right now. at the end of this post there are more guides linked that are more in-depth and more geared towards herbs/supplements you can purchase.

Bravo, #Budget2024!
Inclusive growth by completely forgetting people with disabilities, not even mentioning them once and giving a generous 0.025% of the budget to @socialpwds for our empowerment.
Truly redefining #SocialJustice!

Words matter! Let's use them to build each other up, not tear each other down. Why bring mental disability into criticism? When people with psychosocial disability can become judge, why not IAS? Insulting mental disabilities only perpetuates stigma. #RespectAllAbilities
Union Budget 2024: Will the 7th address by Finance Minister @nsitharaman on July 23, 2024, under the Modi 3.0 government, be a feel-good budget for the disability sector?
Our ED, @armanaly, lays down comprehensive expectations from the disability sector, emphasising the need for dedicated budgets in central and state schemes to ensure targeted funding for disability inclusion.
