@MwgFhx $160k is very livable here. Yes, I’m sure taxes are more, but probably not quite as bad as you think. The weather is great and you’ll be near the beach! Torrance, Venice Beach, or Manhattan Beach are great places to live and not too far from El Segundo. Feel free to DM me!
