I’m testing out using this new bot as my work request desk where I tell it the shit I want to get done, then it shoots it up to Chief of Staff to delegate to the right team members and CoS continues to keep me updated on critical updates and work progress across business lines. So far so good.

I do an onboarding with each of my key agents that would be a department head so they know what their department goals are, their role, what good looks like. Then when they’re onboarded they’re all instructed to go through chief of staff only to provide updates and I let them know all operational updates go through Chief so he can surface only what needs my attention based on priority/deadlines and that is working so far for me.
