อยากฝากถึง HR ว่าถ้า candidate เข้ารอบสัมไปลึกๆแล้วไม่อยากได้คนนี้ ก็ฝากช่วยส่ง reject email มาหน่อยก็ยังดี อย่า ghosting หายไปเลย candidate จะได้รู้ว่าจะเอาไงต่อ

บางบ.นี่สัมแต่ละรอบห่างกันเป็นเดือน HR หายไปจนไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่ายังจะรับอยู่มั้ย hiring process นานเหลือเกิน
