Hey Zach @zachxbt , @Gate could you take a look at the $ONE (Harmony) situation?

Gate withdrawals are still disabled while almost all CEXs reopened. Gate spot keeps getting dumped, while Binance perp is being pushed up and funding is going heavily negative for weeks. The spread is always about 20-30%.

Seems the situation is good for team, selling tokens to people on a daily basis while those trying to short binance and buy tokens on gate spot.

I’m not claiming this is manipulation without evidence - but willing to know what is actually happening.

2025年6月4日，gate交易所utc+8（20:00）首发了$LA/USDT的合约，疑惑的是当天他没有上现货？按照gate的尿性，很多次都是先发现货的预告，然后同步上合约，然后在20:04的时候，合约价格从开盘的0.45飙升至5甚至到27刀，从而使得交易所众多用户损失2000w刀左右，这个5-27刀的数据来源是哪里，据gate官方回应是根据别的交易所（kucoin），同期的bn alpha链上和bitget的价格都很正常，这种异常的价格的对手盘很难有正常的用户，那个时候的挂单就很难挂的上，价格的异常波动连平仓都难以平仓，我严重怀疑这是gate有意策划的爆仓案，钱全部被gate收入。

2025年6月10日，$aiot/usdt交易对再次出现问题，一名用户@roadleader2 在gate交易所开了48370个AIOT合约空单，卖出均价为0.156，仓位价值大概7500u, 当时账户中大概有70万u（记住这个账户有这么多钱，gate该作恶了）6点54分05秒，Aiot合约标记价格突然插针到24.62，和当前市场价格相差156倍，gate按照插针价格把我仓位爆了，强平买入价为13.72，账户亏损66万u，我们现在可以看到aiot在gate一共的仓位也不过100多万个币，同样还是标记价格出错，最巧合的是改名用户的账户有66w刀，也是大户，作案手法一致，同样拒绝赔付，说是市场正常行为。
基于这两起案件，我对gate交易所合约产生了严重怀疑，对于gate平台的合规性产生了严重质疑！
希望各位大v，各位兄弟们转发，让更多的人看到gate丑恶的嘴脸，2025了还有如此丑恶的平台生存！

It’s 2025, and this is still happening.
Is the regulator still pretending to be asleep?

@Gate_io maliciously manipulated the LA token — pumping it to $26, 10x higher than other exchanges — just to hunt down short positions.
They’re trading against their own users.
The contract was listed for less than 20 minutes before being pulled, and after liquidating everyone, they even tampered with the data.

Then they dropped a cold, lifeless announcement — basically saying:
“If you got liquidated, that’s your problem.”

This isn’t “market volatility.”
This is a premeditated liquidation trap.

@Gate_io has stolen my funds.

While the LA/USDT price was around $0.50 on other CEXes, Gate manipulated it and pumped it to $25. As a result, many traders were liquidated. I saw reports that around $18 million was extracted during the liquidation.

There has been no response from support. No refunds.

Gate, you have two options: restore your reputation — or become just another crypto scam.

Roll back all affected balances and let justice prevail.

@Gate_io scammed their users.
While the LA token was trading at $0.50–$0.60 on CEXs and DEXs, its price on Gate futures spiked to over $27. This anomaly liquidated many users, who lost their funds — and Gate refused to compensate them. Meanwhile, those who profited from the inefficiency freely withdrew. I personally lost $70,000 in this situation, and my account was hit with an additional -$100,000 overdraft. Gate reversed the artificially generated -$100,000, but chose not to refund the real $70,000 I lost.
