Dengeki Bunko Light Novel Label is teasing an Announcement soon with the words:

"April 2014. The story will start to move a second time"

April 2014 was the release month of the last "Black Bullet" volume.

However nothing confirmed yet, because orher readers think the teased background text seems somewhat unfitting for the series.
