A4: I moved from Texas where the @jaballin14 resides to Mass. And, I got to lead the school I'm at through remote learning. This helped the school transition more to student-centered learning! #ditchbook
A1: My teacher partner and I created a tic tac board to give students choice. I've also played with badges this year as a way to provide feedback (we're grade less for 4th quarter). #ditchbook
@KarlyMoura Exactly! Where would we be in education without this chat?! It changed me years ago, and it helped me be better prepared for this pandemic. @jmattmiller@ShakeUpLearning
A1: #RemoteLearning lessons can definitely include an extension game or activity. I LOVE having students try their skills in a digital escape room. #ditchbook

@33heupel Our world is facing many real-world problems. So, I build the PBLs, choice boards, and hyperdocs off of those issues. I guess the COVID-19 submerged students in a real-world problem, making them more susceptible to questioning everything else.
A1: The digital lessons help me encompass more skills and real-world connections. So, it feels less like a "lesson" and more like applicable solutions to real-world problems. Hello PBLs! #ditchbook
#ditchbook As always, great chat! It's been a while since I've been able to jump in on these while the chat is going on because we made a cross-country move. Glad to be back!
