The amount of litter on Al Hail beach is immense. You don’t really realize it until you’re there. So from now on, we will be doing this every Friday at sunrise. Spread the word, join if you can, and let’s get this place the cleanliness it truly deserves.

Beach cleanup update:
Within the span of an hour or so, we managed to collect 5 bags worth of trash from the beach between 2 people. This was only a couple of hundred meters from the starting point.

What do you need to make you do the right thing? I really would like to understand. Cleanups are not preventative measures.

What really gets me aren’t the cigarette butts, mishkak skewers or water bottles, what aggravates me are the bags of last nights dinner that people couldn’t walk a few steps to toss. The audacity is shameful.
