I think one of the saddest things about modern childhood is the loss of cartoons as inheritance. I grew up watching Scooby-Doo reruns decades after it first aired. Kids today have more content than ever, but perhaps less shared cultural inheritance across generations.

That's funny considering that X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is one of the greatest comic-book films of all time, and it's better than the majority of the MCU films, and it did the time travel narrative better than Endgame!
