@sainsburys Marc, this is really disappointing i would like to suggest that your delivery drivers start asking for the order number be confirmed before handing over goods. I now have to wait for the refund before I can replace the goods

Wouldn’t recommend using @sainsburys #chopchop app the delivery person has delivered my order somewhere…not here and then customer service tell me I have to wait 5 working days for refund🤔kidding me! Terrible service across the board
