My name and house number were not on the label and that’s why it wasn’t going to be delivered. I think she needs some training on customer service and dealing with queries correctly. Thank you!

Waiting on a parcel from @DPDgroup_news and it says the driver is running behind. Phoned just to be sure and was told they don’t have my full name or house number so this won’t be delivered. So it’s not actually delayed then 😒 agent was also quite rude…

@DPDgroup_news @LEGO_Group the parcel has just been delivered (driver was lovely). It was loaded on van incorrectly so was at the back rather than at the point it should have been. All my details ARE on the box @DPDgroup_news your customer agent advised..

@ThomFoxMusic @LEGO_Group Ooooh that’s bad! Usually DPD is the one courier who I find reliable - Evri and Yodel are generally the ones I have issues with! Just really hacked off at the attitude of the person I spoke to, like the whole thing was my fault 🤔
