Before I had kids and a calling, tonight would have sent me spiraling. Full doomer.

But having clear priorities gives a man laser-focus on the race he’s running.

I just put my son down. I rubbed his back and told him, “I’m so proud of the boy you are.”

FOCUS. This is my mission. Here. Not in NYC where they just elected a communist manchild. Here in this house.

If the country goes to hell, but I raise strong children into men who love Jesus & still want to spend time with us, I’ve won. I’ve completed the mission.

If the country miraculously turns into a Christian-centered utopia, but I fail my task as the head of my family… I have lost EVERYTHING.

Focus.

God’s mission for me is so clear in my mind: love your family well, raise godly warriors, leverage your talents/business to reach as many people on the internet as possible with the Gospel. That’s my race.

I’m running hard. And I’m not even close to tired yet.

@BishopJaxi One caveat, there were many heretical movements before Martin Luther had qualms with the church. To lump in blatant heresies like Mormons and JW with Protestantism is incorrect. Protestants are Bible/Gospel believing Christians who seek the truth. The others not so.
