@RoyalMail I can’t track my item sent via Parcel Force to South Africa. Phone calls to parcel force reach someone who then puts me through to Royal Mail which the cuts off the call. Please help!

@RoyalMail I am trying to track an item posted to South Africa. It should has been delivered within 7 days of posting - it’s been more than 2 weeks. Sitting on the phone for 40mins yesterday led to me being cut off before being helped.

2/2 refunded as a gift receipt which is useless as money is needed immediately. Customer service giggled as I explained this to them, said there was no further recourse and put the phone down on me.
