📢As of September 25, we received a notification from the Companies Registry that our company has officially been licensed as a trust or company service provider (#TCSP).

📄According to the Guidelines for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators, as stipulated in section 10.1, a Platform Operator should only hold client #assets on #trust for its clients through its #AssociatedEntity. Any virtual asset trading platform that wishes to carry on a trust or company service business related to virtual assets has to apply for a #TCSPlicence. We recognize that this approach enables the trading platform to operate under a licensed state, work independently, and be subject to #supervision in the core function of asset custody, thus better #safeguarding the #security of investors’ assets.
