Sent out an important document at the postal office (LA to SF) with tracking on day 1, eta 4 days. On day 4, tracking says it hasn't left the postal office! On day 6, it's in transit to Minneapolis?! On day 8, still in Minneapolis. I call support, ofc automated!! step up! @USPS
