And for you, every NRA officer must be poor? We worked for FREE for 5 years of War; no pay, no food, no drugs, and burying comrades EVERYDAY!
Then we came and were paid peanuts..
Until your system went Capitalist; privatised, allowed OFFICERS TO DO BUSINESS, which was ILLEGAL UNDER NRA LAW..

So tbose offices have been EARNING A LIVING FOR 40 YEARS, 30, 20...getting paid.... Some as MPs, others are ambassadors, others are Senior Commanders, etc, for 20, 30, 40 years. And also doing Business...; For us, ORIGINAL NRA, IT WAS ILLEGAL TO ANGAGE IN BUSINESS...Your politicians removed it....so Soldiers also became TRADERs LIKE YOU....
But despite all this, for you, every officer who has land, good house and a car is a thief?

Yet, you fellows come and become Ministers, MPs, PSs, Commissioners, etc for just 10 years and you drive nice cars, build hotels & fly 1st class. But an officer who has served his country for 40 , 30, 20 years should remain poor?
Need to work on your analytics!

Our great leader Mzee @sejudav ,though you make a valid strategic point, the figures quoted are inaccurate - on top of 15% held by @unoc in the upstream- , Uganda has additional entitlements on royalty & profit oil which cumulatively total to above 50%.

Secondly , in EACOP, Uganda via @unoc holds 15% & Tanzania 15%.

While in the Refinery , Uganda holds 40% and investors 60%.The EACOP & Refinery shares were offered to @jumuiya states, with right of First refusal! They are still under consideration bybour brothers!
