As it’s an inheritance tax, if they wish to pass the farm to their children, they can transfer ownership while they are fit and well to avoid it entirely.

Hi @EastLindseyDC I’ve seen adverts for this company on roundabouts and now on Facebook. As they are essentially using the council’s logo, it may suggest to some people that you endorse them or are linked to them which doesn’t seem great.
